Unstoppable Adoptables

Darla.jpg

Darla

Meet Darla!  Darla is a 21 mo female staffy/catahoula mix who is diabetic and has endocrine pancreatic insufficiency (EPI).  Darla has lived with these conditions almost her entire life and as such she is a wiz at her daily regimen which includes blood sugar testing, insulin shots and special food.  Darla's monthly medical costs are ~$200; we know this financial commitment will not be possible for everyone but we also have complete faith that there is a perfect person for Darla who can meet her financial and medical needs and give her a well-deserved forever.

Darla's requests for her forever home include an active human, a secure yard for all the playing and a canine sibling (or playmates) who can match her young energy.

Darla is with Animal Alliance Rescue Foundation; preferred adoption area is Southern California, however transport can be arranged for the perfect adopter outside this area.  Learn more about Darla on her profile page and via her IG feed.

Lizzy's Clayton 1.jpeg

Clayton

Meet Clayton!  Clayton is a 2 yo male rat terrier whose broken back does not keep him from being happy and active.  He's perfected the drag-bag scoot, and he does great in his wheels. This persistent guy sometimes stands up on his back legs, and it's believed that his mobility might improve with the appropriate therapy. Clayton is a happy and active little guy, and his abundance of puppy happiness

will fill your life with joy!

Clayton is with Lucky Mutts (the non-hospice division of Lizzy's Hospice), and he can be adopted in the Central Texas area.  Learn more about Clayton on his profile page.

Love

Meet Love!  Love is a 7mo female pittie whose personality lives up to her sweet name. This girl is not deterred by having wheels for back legs; she's active, playful, does well with other dogs, and adores the small humans.  Check out her IG (@pibblepoppinwheelies) and watch her go!

Love is currently living with a private rescuer, but will soon be joining our friends The Hops Project. She's adoptable throughout Colorado with other locations considered for the right adopter.

Parker.jpeg

Parker

Meet Parker!  A sweet & easy boy, Parker is a 7yo terrier/hound mix with Degenerative Mylopathy.  He's currently mobile, but sometimes has issues with a front paw knuckling under.  Given his resiliency, when he falls he gets right up and carries on. We love what his people say about Parker: "He is not a challenge. He is just different."

Parker is with Lucky Mutts (the non-hospice division of Lizzy's Hospice), and he can be adopted in the Central Texas area.  Learn more about Piarker on his profile page.

Pip is with Lucky Mutts (the non-hospice division of Lizzy's Hospice), and he can be adopted in the Central Texas area.  Learn more about Pip on his profile page.

Bruno is currently in Temple, TX with the Association for a Pet Adoption; he can be adopted throughout the US and Canada but adopter must meet him in person provide transport.  Learn more about Bruno on his profile page.
